A delegation from Chengdu Media Group made a media tour in Zapopan, Mexico, November 6 local time. Talking in depth with government officials from the city’s common council and tourism administration, the journalists got a good understanding of Zapopan, a city with friendly and cooperative relations with Chengdu.
As the fastest growing economy in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, the second largest of its kind in the Central American country, Zapopan has well-developed networks of commerce, industry, telecommunication and education.
During the delegation's stay in the city, both parties exchanged views on the partnership between Chengdu and Zapopan in tourism, culture, business and trade, as well as science and technology. And they expressed a common strong hope to further the friendship and mutual cooperation in the future.
