From May 9 to 12, the 14th Sichuan International Tea Expo is held at the Century City International Convention and Exhibition Center in Chengdu. With the theme “Premium Sichuan Tea Shared by the World’, this year’s expo brings together nearly 2,000 tea enterprises from both China and overseas. Chinese exhibitors come from more than 20 provinces, regions, and municipalities (including six provincial-level delegations) and nearly 50 tea producing counties. Exhibitors from others countries and regions such as Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan also join the expo. Spanning an exhibition area of 70,000 square meters and featuring more than 60 tea-themed activities, the expo aims to build a global platform for trade, cultural exchange, and technological integration in the tea industry.
During the event, the city facilitated tea industry investments and tea sales, with total contracts exceeding RMB 350 Million.
