Twenty unmanned logistics vehicles were seen at the biggest fruit wholesale market in Chengdu on September 6, 2022.

These unmanned logistics vehicles are called "Super Camel" and are mainly used to provide transport services for hundreds of merchants in the wholesale fruit market. The vehicles are working day and night to help traders solve short-distance logistics problems and ensure delivery.

The "Super Camel" can accurately acquire the surrounding environment through a variety of sensor fusion perception algorithms, and execute corresponding operations in real-time through artificial intelligence algorithms, with functions such as route planning, automatic driving, precise obstacle avoidance, emergency brake, one-click alarm device, 5G positioning and full HD video recording.

With a maximum load weight of 1 tonne and a cruising range of more than 100 kilometers, it can work 24 hours a day in a power exchange mode.

"Each unmanned logistics vehicle can complete an average of more than 20 trips per day to deliver goods, almost doubling the efficiency compared to traditional manned three-wheelers." Ke Jing, head of the Mengyang project of Chengdu Shengxinpei Technology Co., Ltd. introduced, "A new batch of unmanned vehicles is currently being ramped up for production and is expected to be put into operation in mid-September.
