Recently, the 2nd Chengdu international hanfu festival came to Xiling Snow Mountain, attracting many hanfu enthusiasts.

 

"My window frames the snow-crowned western mountain scene; My door oft says to eastward-going ships 'Goodbye!'" Located in Dayi County, on the western outskirts of Chengdu, Xiling Snow Mountain has become a fascinating ski resort for tourists because of this poem written by Du Fu, a famous poet from the Tang Dynasty (618-907).

 

 

Dressed in warm and eye-catching hanfu, a type of traditional clothing worn by the Han ethnic group, more than 30 participants went sightseeing in this international tourist resort—stood on the top of the mountain and overlooked the whole city.

 

Chen Guangxian, a 67-year-old hanfu lover, attracted a large number of tourists to pose for pictures with him for he dressed up exactly like Du Fu.
