The 2026 World Power Battery Conference has opened in Yibin, Sichuan Province, highlighting electric power for all and synergy for growth. The event focuses on technological innovation, industrial integration and international cooperation in power batteries. Plenary sessions, thematic meetings and multiple exhibition and exchange activities are drawing over 800 participants from 18 countries. Spain is the Guest Country of Honor this year. The conference also explores multi-scenario uses of power batteries to boost integration with passenger vehicles, the low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence and other fields.
