Well, in China, Bank of China (BOC) offers the most comprehensive currency exchange services and foreigners can exchange almost all the major currencies in the world for Renminbi (RMB) at any of the BOC offices.
To convert RMB into the banknotes of foreign currencies, however, you have to make appointments one or two days in advance by dialing the BOC hotline 95566 or the telephone numbers of the nearby BOC bank offices.
