On December 19, the list for “Best Cities that Introduce the Most Talent” in China in 2025 was released. Chengdu was included in the list for the seventh consecutive year. The selection was based on the big data analysis of urban employment across multiple core dimensions, including appeal for talent, talent retention rate, and talent vitality. Ultimately, a list of top-performing cities in talent attraction was formulated.
