From November 20 to 22, the Global Panda Partners Conference 2025 was held in Chengdu under the theme of “Working Together to Protect Panda Habitats, Build a Beautiful World, and Share Opportunities for Opening up”. Hundreds of experts and industry professionals from over 30 countries and regions gathered to explore scientific avenues for global ecological conservation and green development with a focus on giant panda protection and cultural exchanges. Revolving around ecological progress, giant panda culture, Chinese and international cultural tourism, and other topics, the conference featured one main forum, eight parallel sessions, and ten supporting events. The “Panda Homeland” Culture & Creativity Contest 2025, a key component of the conference, launched a call for global submissions and exhibited works from the inaugural 2024 contest during the event.
