On Dec 1, the 5th China-Central Asia Foreign Ministers' Meeting took place in Chengdu, along with the launch of the "Tianfu" cross-border freight truck to Central Asia. In Chengdu, a city where history meets the future and openness embraces inclusivity, a new chapter in China-Central Asia cooperation is unfolding.
