On September 20, the promotion conference for the 2026 Jintang County Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day cultural, commercial, tourism, and sports themed activities, titled “Meeting Jintang in the Joyful Season,” was held at Wanda Plaza in Jintang, Chengdu.

 

 

From September 25 to October 7, Wufengxi Ancient Town will launch a series of activities for the dual festivals. The Liyi Huaxia Hanfu Model Competition Southwest Regional and the 2026 Wufengxi Hanfu Tourism Season will begin on September 30. Qualifying competitors from Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing, and Shaanxi will come together. The “Love in Tuojiang · Celebrating National Day” four-dynasty wedding customs display, which will take place at Nanhua Palace on October 1, will include eight couples getting married together while live reenacting wedding rites from the Han, Tang, Song, and Ming dynasties. The “Hundreds of Immortals Bestow Blessings” blessing-seeking adventure will begin at Longyin Tiancheng, where guests can apply online for a travel visa and engage with NPCs to accomplish tasks. Notably, tourists can enter Longyin Tiancheng for free if they wear Hanfu during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.

 

 

Tianfu Orange Township will host the autumn-themed events from September 25 to October 7. It will provide various activities that includes dining, lodging, transportation, shopping, sightseeing, and entertainment. An immersive rural vacation experience that incorporates performances, social challenges, handmade DIY, agricultural family activities, and China-chic performances is created by activities like a snack market, orange field camping, Hanfu experience, ancient costume NPC interaction, intangible cultural heritage fire show, and more.
