The Chengdu Motor Show 2026 is about to take place from August 21 to 30 at the Western China International Expo City.

 

 

As one of the largest and most prestigious A-level motor shows in central and western China, the Chengdu Motor Show 2026, themed “Road to Western China”, will cover 220,000 square meters and bring together approximately 1,600 vehicles from nearly 120 major automotive brands at home and abroad.

 

 

The show will feature domestic brands, luxury brands, mainstream joint-venture brands, and new energy vehicle brands. Numerous global, national, and southwestern China debuts, as well as newly launched models, are set to make their appearance at the show.

 

 

GWM ORA 07, Chery EXEED EX6, SAIC VOLKSWAGEN’s new models, and other products will make their global debuts at the show. The BYD Dynasty series will unveil its first D-level luxury flagship sedan, Great Han, to the world on the Media Day. Additionally, Changan Deepal S05, Avatr 07L, and other models will make their national debuts. Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance will showcase its five-brand lineup—SAIC, LUXEED, STELATO, AITO, and MAEXTRO.

 

 

The production version of EPICLAND X9, a full-size flagship SUV jointly presented by Dongfeng and Huawei, will begin customer deliveries at Chengdu Motor Show. Jetta will enter the battery electric passenger vehicle market with two models—Jetta X, its first new energy concept model, and Jetta M6, built on its independently developed Jiesi battery electric architecture. Other “Made in Chengdu” models, including Volvo EX90, Volvo ES90, Zeekr X, Lynk & Co Z20, and Lynk & Co 06 EM-P, will be on display.

 

 

The show will feature a dedicated zone for the “Made in Chengdu” intelligent connected vehicle industrial chain for the first time, highlighting the latest industrialization achievements in the battery, motor, and electronic control systems, as well as intelligent connected technologies. The zone will serve as a targeted matchmaking platform for vehicle exhibitors from across China and overseas buyers.

 

 

Visitors may set directions to 中国西部国际博览城 (“Western China International Expo City”). Ample parking is available in the Expo City and nearby temporary parking areas.

 

 

It is recommended to take Lines 1, 6, or 18 to Western China Int’l Expo City Station (Exit D) or Line 1 to Guangzhou Road Station (Exit F). Both exits are conveniently located by the exhibition hall entrances.

There are two ticket offices, located at Entrances 1 and 3 of the Western China International Expo City.

 

There are seven admission checkpoints at Entrances 1, 2, 3, and 8, as well as the underground Zones AB, C, and D. Entrance 2 is reserved for VIP entry.
