Eduardo Pedrosa, Executive Director of the APEC Secretariat, told GoChengdu reporters that Chengdu, a time-honored historic city, is gaining fresh development impetus from scientific and technological innovation, showcasing that the city is home to more attractions and strengths beyond its iconic giant pandas.
