Since ancient times, the cultures of China and India have a long history. There are frequent and close exchanges in many fields such as humanities and history, sports art, and folk culture. When yoga meets Tai Chi, the two different expressions are the pursuit of physical health and spiritual sublimation, and their commonality is to emphasize the combination of "body regulation", "regulation of breath" and "regulation of mind". This internal and external unity is the unremitting pursuit of harmony and tolerance.

The Chinese and Indian guests participating in the event discussed topics such as the inheritance, integration and development of Tai Chi and yoga from the perspective of different cultures of the two countries.

Participating in the activities for practitioners and enthusiasts, they experienced learning Tai Chi with the master, experiencing yoga with Rishi, and enjoyed the demonstration of Tai Chi swords and anti-wind breathing demonstrations.
