Sanhe Classic Car Museum
If you've seen the movie Hidden Man by renowned Chinese director Jiang Wen, then you probably remember the vintage wheels driven by actors like Peng Yuyan, Xu Qing and Liao Fan, as they are embodiments of distinguished designs, classic charisma and timeless elegance from a bygone and magnificent era.
These classic cars actually came from the Sanhe Classic Car Museum, where you can revel in the charm of these engineering and design wonders up close and personal.
As the country's biggest and most influential private classic car museum to date, the Sanhe Classic Car Museum was built with an investment of several hundred million yuan. Curated within its 20,000 square meters of space is a private collection of more than two hundred classic cars and over 6,000 collectibles and books related to automobile, and the museum is also China's largest classic car collectible restoration center.
Cars seen in movies Ip Man 4: The Finale, Dangerous Liaisons,and Monk Comes Down the Mountain such as Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud, Vauxhall DX, Citroën 11CV Traction Avant, Dodge D8...all hailed from this museum.
Classic cars of more than 30 well-known marques like Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, Auburn Auto, Ford, Cadillac, GMC, Citroën and Mercedes-Benz can all be found here, and each of them tells its own historic tales.
Automobile enthusiasts can see cars, listen to stories, savor history, witness the shift in aesthetics here...Needless to say, every car here is a piece of art that manifests automotive design and technology from a different century.
