As gentle spring breezes sweep and nature comes alive, it is the perfect time to invite your family and friends for a spontaneous spring hike and take in all the beauty of the season.

 

An official hiking route that resembles a horse has been launched at Shanquan Township in the core Longquanyi section of Chengdu Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park. Starting from the Hometown of Peach Blossom Tourist Center, the route passes through Longquan Mountain Scenic Area, Hometown of Peach Blossom Scenic Area, and other areas.

 

Longquan Mountain “Horse” Route

 

 

Route

Visitors can search 龙泉马线(“Longquan Horse Route”) on the 2bulu app to follow the full route via navigation. The route spans approximately 12 kilometers and takes 3-4 hours to complete.

 

 

Transportation

Driving: Visitors can set their navigation app to the Hometown of Peach Blossom Tourist Center Parking Area. Multiple parking areas are available.

 

Longji Sky Road

 

 

Route

Beginner: the main section of Longji Sky Road (four kilometers for a round trip).

Advanced: a ring road of 6-13 kilometers extending into orchards and villages.

 

Transportation

Driving: Visitors can set their navigation app to Wufengxi Ancient Town.

 

Dujiangyan Yunhua Mountain

 

 

Route

Visitors can choose Dujiangyan Daodaogong as their starting point. For a longer hiking experience, visitors can start from Upper Baiguoping. The full route spans 5-7 kilometers and takes 3-5 hours to complete.

 

Transportation

Driving: Visitors can set their navigation app to Dujiangyan Daodaogong and start the hike after parking.

 

Longyi Mountain Botanical Garden

 

 

Route

South Entrance—Viewing Platform—Forest Trail—Ring Road back to the North Entrance—Woodland Path—Longyi Mountain Summit—South Entrance

The full route covers approximately 2.5 kilometers.

 

Transportation

It is recommended to travel by car. Visitors can set their navigation app to Longyi Mountain Botanical Garden.

 

Longquan Zhongjia Mountain Forest Trail

 

 

Route

Feilong Lake—Platform 1—Platform 2—Platform 3—Platform 4—Lianxin Pavilion

The entire hike takes around 2-2.5 hours at a relaxed, easygoing pace.

 

Transportation

It is recommended to travel by car. Visitors can set their navigation app to Zhongjia Mountain Trail.

 

Changqiu Mountain

 

 

The hiking route at Changqiu Mountain Forest Park totals 30 kilometers. Three options are available for visitors to choose: Warm-up, Fitness, and Challenge.

 

Warm-up Hiking Route

Total length: approximately 7 kilometers

Time: approximately 1-1.5 hours

 

Fitness Hiking Route

Total length: approximately 27 kilometers

Time: approximately 4-7.5 hours

 

Challenge Hiking Route

Total length: approximately 30 kilometers

Time: approximately 7-10 hours
