On October 22 local time, the Themed Entertainments Association (TEA) announced the TEA Global Experience Index™ (formerly known as the “Theme Index and Museum Index Report”), which is a collaboration between TEA, Entertainment + Culture Advisors (ECA), and The Park Database (Park DB). In this newly released global museum rankings, Chinese institutions demonstrated a dominant presence, with 14 of the top 20 museums worldwide located in China. Among them, Chengdu’s Wuhou Shrine Museum secured the second position globally, following only the Palace Museum.
