Founded in 1941, the Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu is a comprehensive Grade A tertiary hospital, offering services in medical care, scientific research, education, prevention, health maintenance, and rehabilitation. Emergency Care

 

 

1. Go directly to the Emergency Department: Enter through the hospital’s South or North Gate and follow the signs to the Emergency Department.

2. Triage evaluation: A nurse will evaluate the urgency of the patient’s condition.

3. Physician consultation: An emergency physician who is on duty 24/7 will provide timely care.

4. Examination & treatment: Necessary examinations or observation will be arranged based on the patient’s condition.

 

 

Outpatient Services

 

1. Mobile appointment: Book via “The Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu” WeChat Official Account or the Alipay app.

3. Self-service kiosks: Use the self-service kiosks within the hospital.

4. On-site appointment: Visit a Registration & Payment counter in the lobby of Building 1.

 

Transportation Guide

 

1. Metro Lines 1 or 4 to Luomashi Station

Exit: Exit A

Walking: Go straight for about 200 meters after exiting the station to reach the hospital’s South Gate.

 


2. Metro Line 17 to Xidajie Street Station

Exit: Exit A2

Walking: Go straight for about 900 meters after exiting the station to reach the hospital’s North Gate.

 

 

For visitors who choose to drive to the hospital, the following parking options are available:

Private vehicles should enter via the hospital’s West Gate (on Dongchenggen Street). Parking is available in the underground parking area and the open-air parking area on the southwest side of the hospital.

Ambulances or emergency vehicles should enter via the hospital’s South Gate (on Yangshi Street), where valet parking service is available.

Nearby parking areas: Additional parking areas can be found at the Platinum Age City Parking Area, the Bank of China Parking Area, and temporary streetside parking spaces.

 

Metro (most convenient): Take Metro Lines 1 or 4 to Luomashi Station and exit via Exit A. The hospital is a short walk away, and there is no need for a bus transfer.

Off-peak travel: Weekday mornings from 8:00 to 10:00 are peak hours for outpatient visits. Visitors are advised to allow sufficient time.
