Recently, world-renowned professional service firm Deloitte, in collaboration with ArtTactic, published the Art & Finance Report 2025. In the industry report that receives extensive attention, “Wen Chuang Tong”, a specialized loan product for cultural and creative industries introduced by the Communications Department of the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee and managed by National Business Daily Media under commission, has been included as part of the “Innovative Finance Spectrum” under the title “Innovative Finance for the Cultural and Creative Industries” in the report’s Section 4. It stands as the sole representative case from Asia in the spectrum.
