On December 5, the 2025 China-Europe Railway Express (Chengdu-Chongqing) Global Partners Conference was held in Chengdu. To date, CHINA RAILWAY Express (Chengdu-Chongqing) has run over 38,000 trips in total, which account for nearly one-third of the total trips along the express across China. During the conference, the China-Europe Railway Express (Chengdu-Chongqing) Cold Chain Distribution Center was officially inaugurated. It marks the transition of cold chain logistics in Chengdu and Chongqing from “individual efforts” to “collaborative synergy” and provides a more efficient dedicated channel for the import and export of high-value-added fresh products and pharmaceutical products in southwestern China. It is projected to drive an annual increase of over RMB 5 billion in cold chain trade volume.
