On the morning of October 31, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Chengdu Bailian Outlets Square Project was held at the Chengdu Panda International Tourist Resort. With a planned investment of over RMB 3 billion and a total floor area of more than 140,000 square meters, the project represents the first panda-themed scenic-area-style outlet mall 3.0 in China, the first outlet mall within Chengdu’s five major urban districts, and the first outlet mall of Shanghai Bailian Group in southwestern China. The project aims to be completed and operational by 2027.
