On July 5, a Chengdu-Europe Express freight train loaded with TCL electronics departed from Chengdu International Railway Port, expected to reach a manufacturing facility in Poland within ten days. Currently, Chengdu-Europe Express operates premium routes to Łódź, Moscow, and Minsk. In addition to efforts in expediting the development of its European transportation network, Chengdu International Railway Port Economic and Technological Development Zone has introduced new routes this year to Central Asia, Africa, Laos, and other countries and regions. In 2025, the zone has introduced access to five new overseas cities, including Dushanbe (Tajikistan), Barcelona (Spain), and Tangier (Morocco), bringing the total number of international destinations connected by CHINA RAILWAY Express (Chengdu) to 123.
