Recently, National Development and Reform Commission issued the Plan on Optimizating and Adjusting the Layout of National Logistics Hubs, which added 26 new national logistics hubs and optimized the layout of some existing hubs. Chengdu is designated as a carrier city for four types of national logistics hubs: land port, airport, production service, and trade service, according to the plan.
