On January 7 local time (January 8, Beijing time), APLUX from Chengdu High-tech Zone unveiled the world’s first humanoid robot—“Ultra Magnus”—powered entirely by Qualcomm SoC-based on-device multimodal AI. This cutting-edge large model humanoid robot made a remarkable debut at the CES 2025 (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas.
