Recently, the first Chengdu-Chongqing Financial Technology Cooperation and Exchange Conference was held in Jingronghui, Chengdu High-tech Zone. Representatives of leading financial technology companies from Chengdu and Chongqing gathered together to discuss a new model of financial technology cooperation and development between the two cities.

At the meeting, the Financial Technology City Alliance was officially launched. The "Fintech City Ecological Alliance Program" initiated by Chongqing, Chengdu, and Nanjing has attracted representatives of fintech companies from many places to participate. The members of the alliance will carry out pilot exchanges and cooperation around the innovation and financial reform, the cultivation of underlying technologies, the construction of application scenarios, and the gathering of talent systems, and jointly explore new models for the development of urban ecological alliances.

 

At the meeting, the person in charge of the Financial Technology Research Office of the Institute of Finance and Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences released the "China Financial Technology Burning Index Report", focusing on new technologies of financial technology, the application of financial technology to new scenarios of finance, and the new normal application of financial technology to new businesses. A number of business representatives conducted in-depth discussions and delivered keynote speeches.

 

In the future, Chengdu and Chongqing will strengthen cooperation in the fields of talent training and technological innovation, and jointly promote the development and innovation of financial technology. Based on the financial technology city ecological alliance, they will expand the open development space and build a western financial center closely around Chengdu and Chongqing, accelerate the introduction of leading financial technology companies, promote the establishment of a strong chain in the financial technology industry, and create a new highland for digital finance.
