A night tour bus running along a route linking 16 iconic tourist sites is operating for the first time in Chengdu for travelers to discover the night life of the China's Happiest City.
The antique-style bus runs a circular route from West Jiuyanqiao Bridge stop every Friday and Saturday evening and stop at Hejiang Pavilion. There are two dispatches on the service day, departing at 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. with the present discounted ticket price of 9.9 yuan/person.

The line passes through some of the city's most popular scenic spots, including Jiuyanqiao Bridge, Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu, Daci Monastery, Hejiang Pavilion Love Crossing, Shuijingfang Museum, 339 TV Tower, Chenghua Park, Jianshe Road Food Street, Tangba Street and so on.
Jiuyanqiao Bridge: there is a bustling array of bars and pubs which makes up the city's trendiest and vibrant nightlife areas.
The Love Crossing: the red-ground zebra crossing was painted with words "I Love You" and two linked hearts. Many local newlyweds come here to take photos to mark their love.
Shuijingfang Museum: the museum showcases liquor-related relics & the cultural heritage site and now serves as one of the production bases of Shuijingfang liquor, a top brand in China.
Wharf of Night Cruising on Jinjiang River: a very good place for people to appreciate the enchanting view of the Jinjiang River.
Xiang Xiang Alley: a popular haven for foodies in Chengdu with a plethora of restaurants on both sides.
339 TV Tower: the 339 meter-high tower provides a panoramic view of the city. It has become a famous nightlife hotspot in Chengdu.
Chenghua Park: an open area of free admission, featuring a forest landscape.
Jianshe Road Food Street: well known for its delicious and affordable street foods. Here you'll find all manner of pan-Chinese street food: deep-fried potatoes, skewers, roast chicken wings, chili-roasted pork knuckle and so on.
Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu: adjacent to the old Daci Monastery, it is a popular destination for fashionable trends and recreation.
Tangba Jie (Street): one of the 50 coolest neighborhoods in the world by the magzine of Time Out, which says the street and its neighborhood "are a perfect representation of Chengdu's modern/traditional juxtaposition and the food-focused culture of leisure that has recently propelled the city into the spotlight."
