Visit harmonic museums in Chengdu like a local
It is no surprise to be tantalized by the aroma of hot pot on the streets of Chengdu, but visiting a cluster of mini music museums is a journey full of wonders.
Music + museum… Is that what you have in mind?
Not quite. What I am about to show you today is a cluster of 12 mini music museums near the Chengdu City Music Hall and the Sichuan Conservatory of Music. These mini museums embody 12 musical cultures ranging from piano to ethnic musical instruments, guitar and wind instruments, and incorporate exhibition and interactive experience, gradually emerging as a magnet for music enthusiasts.
All 12 venues are open to the public free of charge, where every month master musicians host sharing sessions and public instrument lessons.
