8.Needle Mushroom (金针菇)
Needle mushroom, also called Enokitake mushroom, Enoki Mushroom or Golden Needle Mushroom (金针菇), is the only appearance of the fungus family and another surprise entry into the Top 10 list. The mushroom is nutritious, especially rich in amino acids and is favored for its taste and fine texture in making cold dishes, soups, or being cooked with pork and in Hot Pot.
