An encounter of Polish Cuisine

The Polish Food Festival kicked off March 22 at Shangri La Hotel, Chengdu.

In the period till March 29, Chengdu people can have a bite of the famous dishes of Poland made by master chef Marcin Piotrowski on the spot and enjoy Wyborowa Vodka and Polish wines.

The master chef invites all GoChengdu Gusto members to have a taste of the authentic Polish food

At the opening ceremony of the Festival, Katarzyna Wilkowiecka, Consul General of the Consulate General of Poland in Chengdu welcomed the Chengdu locals to taste the Polish cuisine at its best.

The followings are Polish delicacies:

Beef Tartare with Bison Grass and Polish Mushrooms

Goat Cheese Baked with Vegetables

Traditional Polish Soup made from Fermented Flour and Garlic, served with Horseradish and Hard-boiled Egg

Slowly Roasted Beef with Auburn Puree
