The Temple Café of The Temple House offers a 'Five Chinese Elements' themed afternoon tea in winter.
Taking inspiration from traditional five Chinese elements (metal, wood, water, fire and earth), The Temple Café of The Temple House's "Five Chinese Elements" themed afternoon tea leads diners on a tour of the traditional Chinese culture.
Katja Loher, a distinguished artist from the Switzerland, has partnered with local Chinese ink painter Hao Wu and Yong Ma and created a series of "video sculpture" installations with the theme "Seeds of Life", inspired by the traditional five Chinese elements (metal, wood, water, fire and earth), on display at the Temple House during the period of Nov.7 of 2019-Jan. 3, 2020.
The Temple Café has specially prepared themed afternoon tea and the JING bar has launched five cocktails symbolizing each of the five elements, to echo the theme of the event rencently.
