The winners of the Event Marketing Awards (EMA) 2019 were announced in Hong Kong on March 19. The Chengdu IFS won the gold award of the Best Brand Experience – B2C for its Chengdu Parcours Art Festival held last year.
The EMA, co-hosted by CEI and Campaign, both magazines published by Haymarket Media Group, a well-known media company headquartered in London, is aimed to recognize and celebrate companies applying best practice to the creation, planning, production and management of innovative and successful events in Asia-Pacific.
Opened in early 2014 by Wharf (Holdings) Limited, the Chengdu IFS is a landmark shopping complex in the city. It has gained a reputation both at home and abroad, for its architecture, brand portfolio and operations management.

The Chengdu IFS held last September the Chengdu Parcours Art Festival here in the city, as part of its international partnership with the Saint-Germain-des-Prés Committee in Paris. With the theme "Chengdu Impressions: Two Cities Tied by Art", the event presented an art feast to the public.
