Ygomi LLC, a US-based sci-tech company, has witnessed an ever-increasing vigor injected by Chengdu's huge talent pool into the city’s economic growth since the establishment of its Chengdu office in 2007.
"We've set up a software R & D center in the city, which boasts about 300 technical personnel," said Mr. Paul Barnard, Senior Vice-president of Ygomi.
"Higher learning institutions in Chengdu represented by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China provide strong talent support to the software industry, and we've benefited a lot from it," he explained the reason why Ygomi had located its exclusive Chinese R & D center in Chengdu.
"We are looking forward to joining hands with Chengdu in the following decade," Mr. Barnard is highly optimistic about the company's future development in the city.
