During the event, a series of major programs including an international expo on intangible cultural heritage, an international forum on protection of intangible cultural heritage, and folk performances will be held. In addition, the organizers will offer wonderful side shows involving the art of calligraphy and seal cutting, and traditional operas, as well as singing and dancing.
Since 2007, the IFICH has been held for four times. In 2013, the 4th event consisting of about 1000 programs attracted participants from 107 countries and regions worldwide.
Bamboo-woven ware, e.g. vases, coffee sets, gardening tools and tableware, is a kind of fine artware favored by many people.
