On April 19, a sculpture of a beautiful robot with metallic lustre, which is about 10 meters tall, made an appearance at the courtyard of the Guangdong Hall inside the Sino-ocean Taikoo Li in downtown Chengdu. The sexy female robot attracted a lot of locals and tourists to watch and take photos and soon became an online sensation.

Immediately after the world famous brand Dior released its Pre-Fall 2019 men's collection alongside Japanese contemporary artist, Mr. Hajime Sorayama, it held a light show at the Guangdong Hall inside the Sino-ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu on April 23, and unveiled that its Pop-up Store in the hall, which is the brand's first one of its kind in China, will be open to the public from April 26 to June 28.

In the hall, visitors can take a close look at the robot sculpture designed by Mr. Hajime Sorayama. Dressed using the usual tooling and monogram print, Mr. Sorayama's artwork featuring a floral print and floral pattern can be seen riddled throughout.
