In the request to bring the best of South Eastern flavors to Chengdu, Fairmont Chengdu invited Chef Thanh and Chef Doan from the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi who will be whipping up traditional Vietnamese dishes with a sumptuous, healthy twist. And the festival will last till August 5.

During the food festival, the hotel will present diverse Vietnamese food, traditional handicrafts, folk games, fashion and music. Diners will find themselves savoring stir-fried dishes, noodle-based soups, and more; all made with fresh ingredients.
