Qingcheng Mountains are an important Taoist site in China and a very popular summer resort for people in Chengdu for its ancient Taoist temples, agreeable climate and environment.
Qingcheng Mountains lie in northern Chengdu’s Dujiangyan City, only about 10 km from the world famous Dujiangyan Irrigation System.

Qingcheng Mountains consist of two parts — the Front Mountain and the Rear Mountain, one featuring historic sites and the other ecological tourism.
Traffic to Qingcheng Mountains is convenient as bus and light railway transportation go right to the site, which is only about 60 km from Chengdu downtown.
Opening hours: 08:00-17:30 (Dec.1 - Mar. 1); 08: 00-18:00 (other time)
Ticket prices: 90 yuan for scenic area in the front mountain; 20 yuan for scenic area in the back mountain
