As the first feast of the Chengdu Panda Asian Food Festival, the Tianfu Family Banquet will be held at the Wanda Reign Hotel in Chengdu on May 14. The city will dine more than 200 guests from Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other countries and regions at the grand food party.

You may be eager to know what Sichuan dishes will be served at the banquet.

So far, 8 Chinese cooking masters, celebrated Sichuan cuisine chefs and experts of Sichuan food culture have selected 30 signature Sichuan dishes from the menus of more than 10 well-known catering businesses in Chengdu. Now, you are welcome to choose 16 from the 30 dishes, which you think are not-to-miss foods in the city. The final decision for the banquet menu will be based upon both your choices and the experts' advice.

The organizer will select, at random from those who participate in the voting, five lucky ones to attend the Famous Asian Chefs Meeting to be staged at the Shangri-La Hotel Chengdu on May 16. They, each of whom can bring a friend, will enjoy special dishes made by famous chefs from different countries in Asia. It's worth mentioning that a certain number of voters for the event will be chosen through a lucky draw to enjoy 11 hearty meals at 11 different famous restaurants respectively in the city, together with their friends and/or families (at most 10 people) within one year.

The voting will be closed at 24:00 on May 13.
