In the following 15-minute presentation, the Chengdu delegation gave details on its work schedules, structure of its organizing committee, overall progress having made for its preparations, involving primarily comprehensive administrative management, financial auditing, venue construction and infrastructure upgrading, construction and management of accommodation, logistics support and information technology, organization of competitions, opening and closing ceremonies, marketing and promotion, planning of promotional events and activities, foreign affairs and foreign liaison, media promotion, as well as volunteer work.

At the end of the presentation, the Chengdu delegation sincerely invited all university sports associations around the world to participate in the 2021 World University Games: "We warmly welcome you to Chengdu for the grand sporting extravaganza in 2021.
