Chengdu’s Chenghua District recently signed a memorandum on establishing a friendly and cooperative tie with Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee, America, according to Chengdu Municipal Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.
Franklin is the third foreign city to have forged such relation with Chenghua District after Rebais and Bandol.The district will conduct more exchanges and cooperation with Franklin in education, health care, music, tourism, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship.
