Chengdu Sino-French Ecopark is one of the five international cooperation parks in Chengdu that were co-established by the Chinese national government or Sichuan provincial government and foreign countries.
Chengdu Sino-French Ecopark (CDSFE) was established according to the Memorandum of Understanding on Economic and Trade Cooperation in Ecological Parks, which was signed on March 26, 2014, witnessed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and the then French President Francois Hollande. It bears the great responsibilities and missions of seeking the best economic and environmental benefits through high-tech and striving to build a model of energy conservation, emission reduction and green and low-carbon development in China-France economic and trade cooperation.
Having a total planning area of 131 square kilometers, CDSFE is located at Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone. Focusing on the development of "sports+", "ecology+" and "intelligent network automobile" industries, it is one of Chengdu and Sichuan Province's major platforms for international exchange and cooperation.

Dong'an new city
Dong'an new city is one of the three major parts in Chengdu to shape the city's new urban morphology. Dong'an lake sports center, which covers a building area of 315,000 square meters, will be the venue for the 31st Summer Universiade's opening and closing ceremonies as well as competitions including swimming and gymnastics.

Sichuan test base of Sino-German project of intelligent networking automobile
The base, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC in November 2017, is the only one of its kind in the country. It is aimed to become an automobile city that integrates the development of automobile technology and urban life, as well as openness and international cooperation.

Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroen plant
The plant, with a total investment of RMB12.3 billion, was put into production in September 2016. Its major products include Dongfeng Peugeot 4008, Dongfeng Peugeot 5008 and Dongfeng Citroen Aircross C5.
