Jiangtan Park along the Tianfu Greenway, which had been renovated and upgraded, was open to the public during this year's New Year's day. Quite different from parks people often see in cities which are covered with lush trees and exuberant flowers, as well as dotted with winding paths, the park is a huge multifunctional space with smart sports facilities, an unmanned grocery store and a cafe featuring culture and creativity.

Sports Facilities Equipped with Smart Technologies

The smart sports facilities installed inside the park involve bicycling, climbing, e-sports football and Parkour. Using such new technologies as big data, cloud computing and Internet of Things, the facilities make sports activities more enjoyable and functional.

Unmanned Grocery Store

There is an unmanned grocery store open 24 hours a day in the park. Equipped with a smoke detector, an infrared device, cameras and an air conditioner, the store offers more than 500 categories of commodities in a 10-square meter space.

Cafe Featuring Culture & Creativity

A coffee shop sitting near a river in the park captures the eyes of visitors. Painted red outside, with creative cartoons and paintings on the outer walls, it not only serves as a place for leisure, but also offers various kinds of cultural and creative products.
