Chengdu Completes Planning, Design of 52 TOD Projects

The Chengdu Rail Transit Group announced March 30 that it had completed the planning and design of 52 transit-oriented development (TOD) projects in the city.
Since the second half of 2018, multiple foreign architecture and design firms, including Japan's Nikken Sikke, France's AREP, the US's AECOM and Aedas, and Germany's OBERMEYER, have been invited to involve in the projects.
"We've been keeping close contact with Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, JLL, Deloitte Consulting and Colliers International to improve the qualities of the projects," a representative from the Chengdu Rail Transit Group said.
