Chengdu City Music Hall Stages First Show

On December 29, 2018, the China National Symphony Orchestra gave a New Year concert at the newly built Chengdu City Music Hall.
Directed by celebrated Chinese conductor Mr. Tang Muhai, the concert presented an acoustic feast for the audience with some famous pieces of music both from home and abroad, such as the Blue Danube and Ode to the Red Flag.
The Hall, which started construction in 2016, encompasses a 1,600-seat opera house, a 1,400-seat concert hall, a 400-seat theater and a 200-seat music hall. In addition, there is an open-air theater outside the multifunctional hall for a diverse range of performing arts including concerts and drama, etc.

Los Angeles seeks further partnership with Chengdu
