The Du Fu's Thatched Cottage Museum resumed regular opening hours on Mar. 12. Here is some information you need to know before going there.

The garden, the space around the central axis for cultural relics, the thatched cottage, Qiashouhang Pavilion, showrooms, Daya Hall, bonsai garden, the space for the Tang Dynasty (618-907) ruins, the hall for cultural creative products, and red walls.
Temporary Limitation on the Number of Visitors
● Currently, group visits from travel agencies and schools are unavailable temporarily.
● The total daily visitor number is no more than 1200.

Access to the Museum
The south and north gates are open for visitors, while the main gate (the west gate) and the east gate are temporarily closed.
Ticketing and Admission
● Visitors can buy tickets using real names from the ticket booths at the south and north gates or online.
● All visitors should wear masks, show their ID cards or other valid ID documents, and cooperate with the museum staff to undergo temperature checks and make real-name registrations. Only those with normal body temperatures can enter the museum. Anyone with an abnormal body temperature or showing other physical abnormalities should cooperate with the museum staff there to have a further physical check at the temporary quarantine zone in the museum.
● For those who buy tickets online and are not allowed to enter the museum because they forget to carry their ID cards or other valid ID documents, the ticket fees will be refunded back to their original forms of payment.
Requirements for Visitors
● After entering the museum, visitors are not allowed to gather and touch the animals in the museum, and should keep a distance of more than 1.5 meters from one other.
● Visitors coming from areas heavily affected by the COVID-19 epidemic or having a fever, cough and showing other physical abnormalities are not allowed to enter the museum. Please contact museum staff if you observe anyone with such symptoms.
