Roh Jae-heon, ambassador of the Republic of Korea (ROK) to China, has recommended Qingdao and Chengdu as top destinations for first-time visitors from the ROK. The envoy talked up Qingdao's rich culture and crisp beer, as well as Chengdu's giant pandas and authentic Sichuan cuisine. Noting China's vast array of attractions, he encouraged multiple visits to fully experience the nation's diverse culture and vibrant lifestyle.
