FISU-AIPS Young Reporters Programme "It's Sports" Photo/Video Contest Terms of Conditions
(1). The applicant shall guarantee that the personal information uploaded is true. If there is any false report, the applicant shall be disqualified immediately.
(2). The applicant should guarantee the originality of their works. For video contest, the applicants should have the copy rights of all the materials used in the videos. If plagiarism or infringements of copyrights is found in the entries, the applicant shall be disqualified immediately, and the consequences shall be borne by him/herself.
(3) If the photo/video entries have been published on other news media, the participant shall guarantee the right to use the entries in the "It's Sports" without any dispute.
(4).Participants' uploading of entries shall be deemed as consent to the use of the entries by the Executive Committee of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games, FISU and AIPS (event organizers) for promotion (includes but not limited to publishing on websites, social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), and consent to the use of the entries by other official media in reporting the Young Reporters Programme campaign.
(5). The voting results of the "It's Sports" competition will only serve as a reference for participants entering the second stage of the selection of the Young Reporters Programme, and will not directly determine the finalists of the project. The final list of young reporters will be selected through reviewing process that starts from 23:00 January 25, 2021(GMT+8), when the contest is ended.
(6). The selected young reporters will sign an agreement with the Executive Committee of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games and FISU.
(7). The Executive Committee of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games reserves the right to interpret the contest.
