“One Dish for Free” to Enhance Festivity of Food Festival

A large number of restaurants from foreign countries, including Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and the US, have announced to take an active role in the oncoming Chengdu Panda Asian Food Festival, to be held in Chengdu May 15-22, by joining in the “One Dish for Free” program, a promotion that is to give out a dish for free to customers during the period of the festival.

The entry submission for the Chengdu Panda Asian Food Festival (CPAFF)— Global Photo Contest was concluded on May 4, and the organizer collected over 15,000 photos from all over the world. A total prize of RMB100,000 yuan (US$14,917.60) will be awarded to 92 winners on May 14.
