The 32nd edition of the Global Financial Centres Index (GFCI 32), jointly compiled by the Shenzhen-based China Development Institute and the Z/Yen Group, a London-based think tank, was released on September 22.
In the current ranking, Chengdu moved up 3 places to rank 34th in the world. It is worth mentioning that Chengdu has made the most significant progress in financial technology, with a score of 54 points and a ranking of more than 22 places higher than the previous edition, ranking 22nd in the world.
