The Unicorn Island is located in the core area of Luxi Wisdom Valley, east side of Xinglong Lake in Tianfu New Area, Sichuan. The island has a total construction area of about 1.45 million square meters, which includes a total aboveground construction area of about 920,000 square meters, and attracted a total investment of about 18.1 billion yuan. The project is currently under construction.

The structure of buildings on the Unicorn Island is in the shape of "contracted time and space" as a whole, which looks quite futuristic from the air. The architectural concept is likened to "lotus in the pond", as the buildings on the island are designed as a series of interactive "petals", or "circular cell bodies", which share one central core and present a sense of gathering indicating the island's original intention to accumulate talents and enterprises.

The design concept of the Unicorn Island, avant-garde, innovative, diversified and flexible, is able to adapt to different needs. It's not only the perfect combination of ecology and technology, but also the representation of the developing direction of the future city. The Unicorn Island will become a landmark in Tianfu New Area in the future.
