Mt. Emei

Emei Shan (Mt. Emei), is one of China's "Four Sacred Buddhist Mountains". It is located at the latitude of 30°N, in the transitional area from the southwestern margin of Sichuan Basin to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Its main peak is called as the Golden Summit with the height of 3,077 meters while the highest pea k‒ Wanfo Summit is 3,099 meters above the sea level.
