Medtronic Chengdu Innovation Center to Get Operational in 2020-GoChengdu

Medtronic, a global medical equipment development company, broke ground October 10 on its Chengdu Innovation Center at Singapore-Sichuan Hi-Tech Innovation Park, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone.

As the company's third project located in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, the center to be built as a cutting-edge and cross-disciplinary clinical training base in China, will provide a platform of R&D for, and improve clinical skills of medical workers in central and western China.

Upon completion, it will train doctors and paramedics with rich clinical experience, and make them have a better understanding of the world's latest medical therapies.
